As a user of one of our backup solution in version 6, you can quickly and easily receive a free upgrade to the new version 7 as part of your Update & Support subscription.
For example, if you are currently using Backup for Firefox v6, you can get a free upgrade to Backup for Firefox v7. When using Backup for Thunderbird v6, you can upgrade to Backup for Thunderbird v7, etc.
The upgrade process is an automatic process that you can do yourself. Compared to previous product releases, we no longer provide upgrades manually.
