Payment and Delivery

We offer a wide range of payment methods because we understand that you may have a wide range of personal preferences and payment preferences.

All payments will be handled in a secure way by our payment partners and we will have absolutely no access to your payment details.

Unless stated otherwise, all of our products are delivered electronically by downloading the software from our highly available servers. No CD, DVD, USB flash drive or Product Key Card will be sent to you, unless you explicity order a CD, DVD, USB flash drive or Product Key Card.

After we received your payment, you will normally have immediate access (5 to 10 minues) to the products you purchased.

However, in some cases electronic delivery can take up to 12 hours if we need to check and confirm some of the given details in your order.

Depending on the destination country, shipments for physical items may take 7 to 14 days to arrive. Shipments outside the European Union may take longer as each package has to clear customs.
