As a MailShelf Version 1 user, you can quickly and easily receive a free upgrade to the new Version 2 as part of your Update & Support subscription.
For example, if you are currently using MailShelf Pro v1, you can receive a free upgrade to MailShelf Pro v2. If you are using MailShelf Server v1, you can receive an upgrade to MailShelf Server v2, and so on.
Users of MailShelf Basic v1 and MailShelf Standard v1 can upgrade to MailShelf Essentials v2, as the MailShelf Basic and MailShelf Standard editions have been discontinued and combined into a new edition, "MailShelf Essentials".
The upgrade process is automatic and can be performed by you. We do not offer manual upgrades, even upon request.
