Cause:
The user's helping user forum has been closed permanently on October 28, 2020 because it was misunderstood as a direct support channel.
Solution:
Customers can use the new Help Desk to use a variety of options to get in touch with the support. A free zebNet Account is required in order to use the Help Desk.
