live.com
msn.com
outlook.com
and others
Affected users are advised to contact Microsoft support in order to get this issue resolved, since they are responsible for not delivering our emails to you.
We have already escalated this issue to Microsoft days ago but the responsible department has been proven as quite useless so far so it might take a while until it is finally resolved.
In the meantime, affected users can use another email address hosted with another, more reliable provider in order to get our emails delivered.
Since Microsoft is well known for email delivery problems, affected users should also consider permanently switching to another email provider like Gmail or others.
